I knew I need to transform the lamb into something more flavorful. Plus I really enjoy making my own pasta. So I decided to make lamb pasta.
I just made simple egg noodles from flour, egg, and olive oil. Then in a pot I added some onion, garlic, S&P, leftover lamb broth, frozen green beans, and shredded leftover lamb. I added some cornstarch slurry to thicken it up. While that was going, I cooked the fresh pasta in salted water. I added the pasta to the sauce and covered well.
Then I topped the pasta with Parmesan cheese when serving. It was really delicious!! Much better than the lamb on its own.
