Instant Pot Jambalaya
Having spent a lot of my teenage years in south Louisiana, I love jambalaya and thought the instant pot might help me make it faster. Spoilers! It was really delicious!!
I added sliced sausage to the pot and browned on sauté. Then I added onion, bell pepper, and celery to the pot and cooked them down a little. I then added garlic, tomatoes, and Tony’s seasoning to the pot. I added 2 cups of rice and 2 cups of chicken broth. I pressure cooked 10 minutes and let it release naturally.
It’s probably my favorite thing I’ve made in the instant pot so far. I can’t wait to eat the leftovers. :)
